For a 100% refund, cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance via email only hola@treeptours.com
Last minute changes (3 hours before maximum) can only be rescheduled by email. In case of emergency cancellation there is a 40% charge.100% will be charged in case of no-show. In other words, if you don't show up for your scheduled tour, no refund will be made, as we will have given your spot(s). We make visits with a minimum of 2 participants. In case you are the only reservation, we will contact you by email to offer you a private tour, change of date or a full refund.
Absolutely! We're thrilled to have you explore with us. While most of our tours require a minimum number of participants, we'd be happy to accommodate you. Just let us know, and we'll work our magic to make it happen. Keep in mind that having a tour solo may come with a slightly higher cost, but the adventure remains the same!

Yeees, we're kids friendly! Please, note that we offer alcohol (adults only) but we can add some extra fun for the little explorers. Your kids will have a blast discovering the city with us.

Please keep in mind that our tours feature street food, not restaurants. If you're looking for a restaurant tour, let us know, and we'll make it happen. Also, be aware that the itinerary may change due to stall availability and weather.

Certainly, you're welcome to depart early if needed. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for early departures, as it wouldn't be fair to the other participants. If you have a preference for a shorter tour, please don't hesitate to reach out to us in advance. We're flexible and transparent, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs and customize the experience to your liking.
We understand that time can be tricky while traveling. You have a 15-minute grace period. If you're late, don't worry; we'll let you know our current location so you can catch up with us.
On the Graffiti Tour we teach you about different Mexican artists and you can paint on a wall of the Ex Fabrica so you can feel the complete experience of an urban artist. At Street Art Workshop, you will enter a private space and we will teach you about the different graffiti techniques, to paint a canvas with a stencil. In addition to a mezcal tasting with the complete history of the agave.
The difference is that in one you paint the wall without mezcal and you learn from urban artists. and on the other you paint your own canvas with unlimited mezcal.
We've got umbrellas for everyone! In case of heavy rain, we can either provide a full refund or reschedule your tour to another day.
